Crossland Tankers
Crossland Tankers was formed in 1988 to manufacture, refurbish and repair road tankers. We began designing and building new tanks on a small scale in the early 90s, with major investment in design and product development seeing tankers for the waste, milk, and general purpose chemical markets being produced by the late 90s.
At this time we decided to put a major push on sales and marketing and at the same time, further expand our product range. This approach was well accepted by both existing and new customers and our sales increased significantly.
In early 2003, we bought Massey Tankers, based near Burnley, which we took over in April 2003. The management and workforce in both Burnley and Swatragh have stayed in place and Massey has been re-named Crossland Tankers (Burnley) Limited.
With two excellent purpose built facilities and a combined skilled workforce of over 90 people, we are determined to supply products and services which meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
